30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Important: We Are Brag is a marketplace that sells products from independent sellers as well as our own products.
Return instructions depend on who sold the item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return for items sold directly by We Are Brag, contact us at sales@wearebrag.co.uk.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Items Sold by Third-Party Sellers
If your item was purchased from one of our independent sellers, it must be returned directly to that seller using the return details they provide.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact the seller (or We Are Brag if we are the seller) immediately so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless stated otherwise by the seller.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item (subject to seller approval) and place a new order. Exchange availability and processes may vary by seller.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Returns must be made to the original seller.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified whether your refund has been approved.
